Black and Teal Stud Earrings

Porcelain earrings, irregular shape, hand painted with soft brush strokes in black and teal. They are glazed transparent with a sterling silver stud backing.
 
In making this set of 'cut tile' jewellery I was seeking to explore the possibilities using simple brushstrokes to echo the style I use on larger pieces, but with a nod to fashion and fabric styles. the set was fun to design and I hope others will enjoy the somewhat irregular shapes and freedom of the brushstrokes.
