Shipping
We aim to send orders on the next business day. Postage prices will vary depending on weight and size of the item/s.
Items will be carefully wrapped, often in recycled packaging. Please do tell us if you would like gift wrapping in the comments box or through our contact form as soon as the order has been placed.
If you would prefer Special Delivery or other postage option, contact me prior to making your purchase and I will send you a quote based on the size and weight of the item.
Returns and Refunds
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify us if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements are non-refundable. We will always ensure you have seen and approved the product in advance before it is put in the post.
In all other cases you will be refunded the full sale price (excluding any postage charges) if you return the item as new and at your own expense.
If an item is faulty or not as described please do let us know as soon as possible but within 14 days of receipt. We will happily exchange items or refund the purchase price depending on your preference.
